EGL.9.2.Adding A New Effective Date For Budget Definition Doesn't Populate Page Control Chartfield and When Entering Setid on Search Criteria, the " Range From" and " Range To" fields Don't Receive Values (Doc ID 2858531.1)

When adding a new effective date for the Budget definition, the page Control Chartfield doesn't get populated. Also when entering the setid in the Search Criteria, the range from and range to doesn't have any values populated.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

 1. Go to Budget definition (Commitment control>Define Control Budgets>Budget Definitions)

 2. Add a new effective date

 3. On Control Chartfield tab , the values are not populated, as the other tab

 4. When entering the SETID on the Search Criteria, the Range From and Range To are not having any value
