Getting "Page Data is Inconsistant with Database (18.1)" Error in MSSQL DB When Modifying A Purchase Order With Attachments and Comments (Doc ID 2858617.1)

Symptoms

After upgrading to Image 40 with DB MSSQL, customer is getting page data inconsistant error (as noted below) when modifying a PO that has attachments and comments.


Steps

1) Go to Purchasing -> Purchase Orders -> Add/Update PO

2) Create a simple 1 line PO and save. Stay on Page.

3) Click on Header Comments and add 2 attachments. Do NOT add comments.

Save. Stay on page.

4) Click on Edit Comments - and for the first attachment, add comments. Click OK.

5) Click Save - get error

NOTE: This issue also occurs if you add line notes instead of header notes.
