E-FTP: Receiving "Failure establishing ssh session: -43, Failed getting banner" Error when Trying to Upload a File to a 3rd Party SFTP Server (Doc ID 2858638.1)

SFTP File Attachment is failing while using username/password authentication and getting below error in the log files.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Login to PIA
2. PeopleTools > Utilities > Debug > PeopleTools Test Utilities
3. For URL Id or String URL textbox, enter the URL Definition for the SFTP server, e.g. URL.SFTP_SERVER_TEST
4. Use "Attach" button to upload a test file
5. Select a file
6. Click upload
7. Unable to upload the file.
