Symptoms

Questionnaire responses not appear for Remote Worker transactions in Approval tile. Users could not able to review the responses to the remote worker questionnaire.

Steps to replicate the issue:
---------------------------
1. Remote worker tile > enter questionnaire and submit transaction
2. Login as manager and go to remote worker approval , questionnaire responses are not visible
   Navigation : Manager self service > Approval tile
