Goal
How to Transfer Live Chat with the History of the Entire Conversation to a Live Agent Platform?
For Example: In a live agent integration with Wins OTRS ticketing tool wherein if the chatbot is unable to answer queries posed by a user, the chatbot redirects the user to a live agent tool where a human with the entire access to the history of the current session would take the query forward in the same chat window.
