Symptoms
When routing for signature, if double quotes is used either on Subject(CS_EMAIL_SUBJECT) or Message(CS_EMAILBODY) fields on Send Document for Signing page,after clicking on send button below error message shows up.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1) Setup Adobe Sign at Supplier Contracts-->Supplier Contracts Setup-->Installation Options.
2) Import a pdf document and click on Prepare and Route for e-signature at Supplier Contracts-->Create Contracts and Documents-->Document Management.
3) On Subject and Message fields enter text with double quotes like "This "message" is important" and click on send.
4) Error.
