Error-"API method CreateAgreement failed: An invalid JSON was specified" Received When Sending Document with Double Quotes in Subject or Message for Signature Using Adobe Rest Services. (Doc ID 2859339.1)

When routing for signature, if double quotes is used either on Subject(CS_EMAIL_SUBJECT) or Message(CS_EMAILBODY) fields on Send Document for Signing page,after clicking on send button below error message shows up.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1) Setup Adobe Sign at Supplier Contracts-->Supplier Contracts Setup-->Installation Options.
2) Import a pdf document and click on Prepare and Route for e-signature at  Supplier Contracts-->Create Contracts and Documents-->Document Management.
3) On Subject and Message fields enter text with double quotes like "This "message" is important" and click on send.
4) Error.
