Symptoms
When the user navigates using Arrow keys/Tab to 'View All Requested Reports' Tab, the system is not reading out the message "No Transcript Requests Found". Testing is done with Jaws and Screen Reader mode is set to ON.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Enable Screen Reader
2. Navigate to Student Homepage > Academic Records > View Unofficial Transcript
3. Click Down Arrow
