System does not throw a warning message for lines without amount before submitting Fluid Travel Authorization. This is causing issue because as per the current design if the customer missed the amount on a row system deletes it while submission and then there is no option to go back and enter the amount.

Steps:
1. Create a travel auth in Fluid, populates date and location and amount
2. Leave one line without any amount
3. Click on Submit

• Travel Authorization submitted without any warning instead  of  throwing confirmation or warning message for lines without amounts
