Symptoms

Zero Ordinary/Additional wages on PAL file when the Ordinary/Additional Wage for any employee is more than SGD 214,748.3647
 
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Global Payroll & Absence Management > Payee Data > Assign Earnings and Deductions > One Time (Positive Input), Enter the Ordinary/Additional Wage for any employee to be more than SGD 214,748.3647
2. Navigate to Global Payroll & Absence Management > Absence and Payroll Processing > Calculate Absence and Payroll, Process and Finalize Payroll.  
3. Navigate to Global Payroll & Absence Management > Authority Correspondence > Create CPF-PAL Internet SGP, Generate PAL file. Observe that the PAL file will have 0 Ordinary/Additional Wage for the employee.
