Update Classes Change Term Button Gives Blank Page After PUM24 (Doc ID 2860125.1)

After applying PUM24, the Change Term button on the Update Classes fluid page gives a blank page.


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Using student that has enrollment in both Spring and Summer terms, and at least one class for Summer has option for student to change grading basis.
2. Log in as student and go to Fluid Self Service - Manage Classes -> Update Classes - chose Spring term
3. Select Change Term button - blank page opens (not expected)
