E-Portal: Junk Characters Shown on Pages Using Web Libraries (Doc ID 2860277.1)

Symptoms

Delivered Page Task Management and some custom pages which use Weblibs show junk characters on the page.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Login to Campus Solution database.
  2. Navigation to delivered : Campus Solutions> Campus Community> Task Management Work Center.
  3. Observe junk characters shown on the page.
