ETL9.2: Fluid Timeshee AWE - Reported Time Does Not Get Auto Approved. (Doc ID 2860615.1)

Symptoms

With 'Enable Auto Approvals' on, the reported time that is entered or edited by the Manager, doesn’t get auto approved.

STEPS
-----------------------

1) Navigate to Setup HCM > Install > Product Specific > Time and Labor Installation.  The 'Enable Auto Approval' flag is On.
2) Navigate to Setup HCM > Product Related > Time and Labor > Rule and Workgroups > Workgroups.  Employee's Workgroup set with reported time approval on.
3) Employee submit 3 days time via Enter time page. Time is getting an Need Approval (NA) status.
4) Manager modified the second day via Enter Time page. Submit. Timesheet entries remained in NA.
5) Manager modified the first day of the week. Submit. The 1st and 2nd dates got approved. However, the third date remained NA.
