Symptoms

Supplier Contract Signature Error with DocuSign.

When sending a document for signing in Supplier Contract getting an error:

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Open an approved document
2. Send it for external signature
3. Throws gateway error: 'Integration Gateway - External System Contact Error (158, 10721)'
