E-PC: User Is Kicked out Right after Function Switchuser Is Executed (Doc ID 2861279.1)

Symptoms

After executing PeopleCode API SwitchUser, the system kicks the user out of system.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Execute PeopleCode that performs the SwitchUser.
2. Try to navigate elsewhere.
3. User is kicked out to the signin page.
