HCM: External Applicants Receiving Error To Change Password Again And Again (Doc ID 2861490.1)

Symptoms

External Applicants are receiving a message to change the Password again and again even after changing the password if the External Applicant has registered for two (2) different Career sites with same User Name and same Email Address.

Error Message:

  Password has expired.  Please update your password.

 

Steps to Replicate Issue:

1) Register as Applicant for Career Site A with specific User Name and Email address
2) Start a job application and apply
3) After an year (365 days), Register again with same User Name and Email Address for Career Site B.
4) Applicant starts application in Career Site B and but rather than submitting, just saves as draft.
5) Applicant logs out from Career Site B and logs in again, receives password expired error message. 




Changes

 Peoplecode modification to allow multiple User Names with the same Email Address.
