2 Question Format Doesn't Allow Save When Using Small Form Factor (Doc ID 2861585.1)

Symptoms

Customer reports that when using an small form factor (iPhone, Android, etc.) to update ethnic group in employee self-service, the save button is grayed out


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
First make sure 2 question format is set on the Install Table
(Set up HCM > Install > Installation Table > Country Specific)
1. Login in small form factor using a person without the PeopleSoft Admin
role
2. Go to Employee Self Service
3. Click on Personal Details
4. Click on Ethnic Groups
5. Note that the save button is greyed out
