Procurement Contract Line Search Shows Incorrect Search Results (Doc ID 2861692.1)

Procurement Contract shows incorrect results when contract lines are searched.

Steps:
1. Create a Procurement contract.
   Navigation: Procurement Contracts -> Add/Update Contracts
2. Enter 30 lines in the contract. Make sure maximum items are from single Item category.
3. Open the Item Category
   Navigation: Items ->Define Controls ->Item Categories
4. Enter 15 Effective dated rows for the category and save.
5. Open the Procurement contract and click on Search Contract Lines.
6. Click on Search button without providing any search parameter values.
7. Message appears "The search has deducted more than 300 lines. only the first 300 lines have been loaded (10400,619)". Click on OK.
8. See the search results has only 20 rows.
