On Campus Solutions 9.2 PUM Image# 12, in Fluid Forms, users are able to upload files with extensions NOT included in the File Extension List.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. In a Fluid Form that allows File Attachments, click on the Add Attachment button to upload a file attachment.
2. Try to upload a file type that is not included in the File Extension List, defined for URL.FORM_ATTACHMENTS.
3. Note that the upload is successful, even though such file extension is not accepted in the File Extension List.
