E-PORTAL: Clicking 'Menu Order' Under NavBar->Personalize NavBar Errors Out with "first operand of . is NULL, so cannot access member TileName" (Doc ID 2861890.1)

Symptoms

Clicking "Menu Order" Under NavBar -> Personalize NavBar shows below error in upgraded PT 8.59 IH portal instance. 


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Login to IH Fluid Homepage

2. Click NavBar -> Personalize NavBar -> Under Menu Order Click Standard

3. Display error message
