GPESP: Performance Issue when adding the ERE ID on ERE Activity Periods (ESP) page (Doc ID 2862121.1)

Symptoms

When adding the ERE ID on ERE Activity Periods ESP page the system should retrieve the ERE ID, however the system is taking a long time to load the information.
It eventually loads a blank page and the user cannot access the component.

Steps to replicate the issue:

1. Navigate to Workforce Administration, ERE Procedure ESP, ERE Activity Periods ESP
2. Inform ERE ID + “Search” and the system begins to work.
3. After several minutes, a blank is displayed.
