Symptoms
The defaulted source tax code in GPCH_TX_DATA is wrong: it is the source tax code with church tax (Y) instead of no church tax code (N).
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Global Payroll & Absence Mgmt > Payee Data > Taxes > Maintain Source Tax Data CHE
2. Check the field Withholding Tax Tariff
