Symptoms
CHE Load Source Tax rates does not contain any history. New cantonal source tax rates are released every year and are loaded to the system with Effdt 01.01.
The Cantons however have several revisions. For example SH this year revised the source tax rates twice. With each revision we need to upload the new tax rates and recalculate.
However the history is lost. Therefore, if needed to review a previous salary calculation for January, there no longer have the actual source tax rate that was used in January payroll as it would have been overwritten with subsequent SH revision.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Main Menu > Set Up HCM > Product Related > Global Payroll & Absence Mgmt > Taxes > Source Tax CHE
