On : 9.1 version, Interfaces and Integrations
The Payroll Activity Translate value 'FCR' was not delivered in any of the Previous Tax updates, however, this code is used in PAYGL02.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
1. Go to the Department Offset Group to verify that the "FCR" values is not found - Set Up HCM>Product Related>Commitment Accounting>Budget Information>Department Offset Group
