Purge ASN History Run Control Only Purges Processed and Cancelled Transactions But Not Any Other Statuses: Error, New, Or Ready (Doc ID 2862553.1)

Symptoms


When Using the Purge ASN History run control to purge the EC rows when transaction is complete, running the process without specifying any ASR status only purge the processed and cancelled and not any other statuses like: Error, New, and ready.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Navigate to : Purchasing > Receipts > Purge ASN History and create a new run control.
  2. Add only the Receiving business Unit and leave the ASR status blank.
  3. Run the process.
  4. From the trace file noticed that the process only ran to purge the processed and cancelled statuses and not any other status.
