Symptoms
After upgrading to PeopleTools 8.59, there are misalignment of certain fields in some of the benefits pages.
1) Health Benefits: Main Menu > Benefits > Enroll in Benefits > Health Plan Enrollment.
2) Run Automated Event Processing: Main Menu> Benefits > Manage Automated Enrollment.
3) Benefit Program Table: Setup HCM>Product Related>Base Benefits>Program Structure>Benefits Program Table.
4) Provider/Vendor Table: Setup HCM>Product Related>Base Benefits>Program Structure>Plans and Providers > Provider/Vendor Table.
