Symptoms

While running the PERSON_BASIC_FULLSYNC to synchronize the Person Data between HCM and FSCM the following inconsistencies were found:

  1. Preferred Phone Number is missing.
  2. Person Smoker Status is not getting its latest data.
  3. Current Mailing Address inactive records are sent.
  4. Military Status is not getting its latest data.
  5. Current Mailing Address and Smoker information are missing.
