Symptoms
Some eSocial events(S-2220, S-1070) do not appear in the eSocial Events Monitor page.
Steps to Reproduce the Issue:
- Navigate to Set Up HCM > Product Related > Global Payroll & Absence Mgmt > eSocial BRA > Main Setup > Events Activation and verify if the event is active.
- Run the process to create the XML file for the event in question. The XML can be verified in the Process Monitor/Report Manager.
- Navigate to Global Payroll & Absence Mgmt > Absence and Payroll Processing > Reports > eSocial BRA > eSocial Events Monitor and the events will not appear.
