ESOCIAL: S-2220 AND S-1070 Events Do Not Appear In The eSocial Events Monitor. (Doc ID 2862781.1)

Symptoms

Some eSocial events(S-2220, S-1070) do not appear in the eSocial Events Monitor page.

Steps to Reproduce the Issue:

  1. Navigate to Set Up HCM > Product Related > Global Payroll & Absence Mgmt > eSocial BRA > Main Setup > Events Activation and verify if the event is active.
  2. Run the process to create the XML file for the event in question. The XML can be verified in the Process Monitor/Report Manager.
  3. Navigate to Global Payroll & Absence Mgmt > Absence and Payroll Processing > Reports > eSocial BRA > eSocial Events Monitor and the events will not appear.
