Left-Hand Navigation Displays when Tille Is Selected from Benefit Details Dashboard (Doc ID 2863230.1)

Symptoms

The Benefit Details dashboard displays tiles for Benefits Summary, Life Events and others, but once one of those tiles is selected and the related information is displayed, left-hand navigation displays.

Steps to reproduce the issue:

     1.Employee navigates to Employee Self Service homepage > Benefit Details tile.
     2. Select Benefits Summary tile.
     3. Note that left-hand navigation displays when the Benefits Summary opens.
