Symptoms

Absence request goes to error when an employee's Manager has a future dated job effective date in comparison to the absence entry date.

 

Steps to Reproduce the Issue:
--------------------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Employee self-service -->Time-->Request Absence
2. Select a future date (Manager should have a Future dated row in Job data)
3. Submit
