Running the Equation Engine Process Returns an Error for One User: 'RC=805' Rollback (Doc ID 2863642.1)

Symptoms

When running an Equation Engine equation, the equation will complete for one user but not for a different user. 

The error is found in a cobol trace file which ends with RC=805 Rollback.

It is expected the equation will complete for all users.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Create an Equation (Common Definitions > Equation Engine > Equation Engine > Equation Editor)
  2. Run the Run Equation process (Common Definitions > Equation Engine > Equation Engine > Run Equation)
