Sample Environment:
PeopleTools 8.58.13
HRMS 9.2 application
DB2ODBC database (EBCEDIC) on z/OS
Visual COBOL 6.0
Windows Application/Batch server, Non-Unicode / ANSI

When running the "Remote Call Test" COBOL test program on Windows application server domain, the following error is received. The same error is received when the sample test process PTPDBTST is run via a process scheduler domain on Windows platform. This issue does not occur when the application server and batch/process scheduler domains are on UNIX/Linux platforms. The issue is limited to running the application and batch domains on the Windows platform.

PTPNTEST_*.out shows the following error:

Steps to replicate
1. Log into PIA, and navigate to PeopleTools - > Utilities -> Debug -> PeopleTools Test Utilities.
2. Press the "Test" button below "Remote Call Test".
3. Observe the errors above.
