E-Portal: NavBar, Search, and Notification Buttons Disappear in PT8.59 When Adding Logo to CompanyInfo (Doc ID 2864184.1)

Symptoms

Adding a company logo in CopanyInfo in a clone of DEFAULT_HEADER_FLUID, following the steps described in the following document:

My Fluid Homepage looks as expected. Classic pages are fine for the logo and titles, but only the Home button is visible. The Search, Activity, and Nav Bar are not visible. The same configuration has been implemented in an environment on HR 9.2 on PT8.58 and it works fine.

Changes

 The behavior occurred after upgrading to PeopleTools 8.59.
