Symptoms

Paycheck Modeler not calculating earnings for employee that is a new hire.

What would prevent this test employee from not being created in paycheck modeler?

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:

1. Hire an employee (Workforce Administration>Personal Information>Add Person)
2. Process an on-cycle check only and confirm it.
3. Go to paycheck modeler as an Administrator for the employee via clicking on “Prepare My Modeled Check” no data appears in the PS_MOD_PAY_EARNS table for paycheck modeler earnings for employee (Payroll for North America>Payroll Processing USA>Paycheck Modeling>Paycheck Modeler)
