Export Applicant Process Error: Import applicant process is running. (Doc ID 2865457.1)

Symptoms

UCAS Apply Decisions Export is unable to run:

  1. Home > Student Admissions > UCAS Processing > Apply Decisions Export
  2. Apply Decisions Export process is queued to run just before midnight
  3. The validation prevents Import Applicant Data from being run: Apply decision export is running (Workaround: the Run Status of the export process can be updated to Hold by selecting Hold Request to allow the import process to be run. The Run Status can then be set back to Queued by selecting Restart Request)
  4. The same applies if the Import Applicant Data process is queued
  5. The Decisions Export process can’t be run: Import applicant process is running.
