Symptoms

Receiving error "A SQL error occurred. Please consult your system log for details." on The Impairment Worksheet Page > Business Unit Lookup After Enabling User ID Level Security


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

Setup:
1. Enable User ID Level Security by Business Unit
Navigation: Set Up Financials/Supply Chain > Security > Activate Row-level Security
2. Review DEMO VP1 Business Unit Security
Navigation: Set Up Financials/Supply Chain > Security > Unit by User ID
3. Apply Security Setups
Navigation: Set Up Financials/Supply Chain > Security > Apply Security Setups
4. Enable Impairment Process for Business Unit US001;
Navigation: Set Up Financials/Supply Chain > Business Unit Related > Asset Management > Asset Management Definition | Business Unit/Book Feature Tab
 
Replication:
1. Log in as VP1
2. Navigate to: Asset Management > Asset Transactions > Financial Transactions > Impairment Worksheet
3. Click on the Business Unit Lookup
4. The following error pops up:
