Fluid EProcurement - Special Request Search Not Showing Catalog Item. (Doc ID 2866440.1)

Symptoms

When a special request item details are entered in fluid eprocurement, system is expected to pull the catalog items by matching Description, Vendor, Vendor part #,Manufacturer,Manufacturer part#. But system pulls  catalog items only if it match item  description exactly.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.Go to eProcurement > Administer Procurement > eProcurement Installation Options > Search setting ,select all option except Category ID under Special Request search Option.
2.Go to Create requisition Tile in Fluid eprocurement and create Special Request requisition
4.Enter special request details  to match a catalog item in manufacturer ID ,Manufactur's item ID and Supplier ID but slightly different item description .Click Apply.
5.Item will be added to the cart instead of displaying catalog item.
