Symptoms

When attempting to install a PeopleSoft Update Manager Image on Linux, the following error occurs in the DPK setup log:

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Cleaned up previous PUM Image ( --cleanup x2, and manual cleanup from DocID 2117053.1)
  2. Run the PUM Image setup script.
  3. Error occurs.
