When adding a Remote Worker Request, and clicking on the Acknowledgement Step, the following error occurs:

The page cannot be displayed because a system error has occurred. Please contact your administrator

Steps to replicate the issue:
1. Employee Self Service> Remote Worker Tile
2. Add Request
3. Enter Start Date
4. Go to the Acknowledgement Step
5. Error occurs
