Symptoms
Customer reported that after applying patches, the Regional tab on Add a Person and Modify a Person is blank
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to either Add a Person or Modify a Person pages (Workforce Administration > Person Data > Add a Person/Modify a Person)
2. Select Regional tab
3. Note that the page is blank.
