EPY: Payroll Reports Only Show Jobs for Payroll Operations Dashboard: Cannot Configure to Run the Process Report Alone (Doc ID 2867089.1)

PUM Image 41 delivered the following changes to the Kibana Dashboard - Payroll Operations Analytics:

Audit Exceptions
When selecting a valid Pay Run ID to run the audit exceptions (PAY011.SQR, PAY034.SQR, PAY035.SQR and PAY036.SQR), a job will be invoked that runs the SQR and a new Application Engine program that will initiate the automatic full indexing for the Exceptions Search Definition.

Even if the Kibana dashboard is not enabled, when attempting to run any of these processes pay011,pay034, pay035 or pay036, only the Jobs (JPAY011, JPAY034, JPAY035, JPAY036) are available. 

Now you have to drill down into the Job to be able to view the report output.  They want to be able to
just select the sqr process rather than the Job.

It looks like there was new PeopleCode that was delivered to check if PYKB_EXC_AUD is in PSAEAPPLDEFN.  

So if the changes for Kibana are applied, even if the Payroll for North America Operations Dashboard is not enabled, the only option available is to run the Job and not the original SQR process.

Expect to be able to choose whether to use the Jobs that go to the Payroll Operations Dashboard analytics pages or to choose to continue running the reports.

To reproduce this issue:
1. Navigate to: Payroll for North America > Payroll Processing USA > Review Processing Messages > Payroll Error Message Report
  - Enter Run Control, then choose Search
  - Enter the Pay Run ID and click Run
  - Notice that the process listed is now the Job JPAY011
2. Navigate to: PeopleTools > Process Scheduler > Job Definitions
  - Search for JPAY011
  - Unable to find this to make changes.
3. Repeat #2 for JPAY034, JPAY035 & JPAY036


 PUM image 41 or the U.S. Payroll Operations (Patch 33609852/UOW 228245) and/or Canada Payroll Operations (Patch 33609855/UOW 228246) are applied.
