Symptoms
New fields(GPAU_TAX_YEAR, PRD_END_DT, GPAU_TAX_YR_BGN_DT and GPAU_TAX_YR_END_DT) delivered to the record GPAU_STP_EVTOVR as a part of PUM#37 STP changes has a NULL values after running data conversion app engine.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Apply STP related bug from PUM#37 using change assistance.
2. Run the data conversion process.
3. Query the record GPAU_STP_EVTOVR
