Symptoms

Delete Run Control process not deleting Voucher Post Run Control when the Run Control Registry > Run Control Settings > Delete Lag Days = 0

STEPS:
1. Create a new run control for voucher posting and run the process.
2. Assign the Run control delete register and Update access > PeopleTools > Security > User Profiles > User Profiles > Roles tab >
    Role Name = Run Control Date Update (Run Control Date Update User)and Run Control Upd Registration (Run Conrol Upd Registry Admin)
3. Setup Run Control Delete registry
4. Run Control Settings
5. Add Run Control tile
6. Create a Run Control Delete request
7. Select Run Control
8. Review and Delete
9. Submit the request
10. Review the Delete request
11. Delete request Summary Page – Number of Rows not populated
12. Verify Run control delete – Run control not deleted
