Issue:

A synchronous message with personal data is being sent to a legacy target. This message has been working in the past and the issue occurred for a specific message. Issue does not occur when testing /sending the same XML message via SOAPUI. Triaging using service operation tester, it was identified that when the size of the XML message / payload was reduced, the message goes through successfully.
When the issue is replicated, the following error is seen in the gateway logs.
