E-CLOUD: Environment Import Failed on Discover Database Step With java.lang.NullPointerException (Doc ID 2867883.1)

When attempting to import an env with database system, it fails on discover database step

in psp.log

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to Environment Tile, click 'Import Environment'
