Symptoms
When attempting to create a PUM environment, the following error occurs.
Replication steps
---------------------------
#1. Create an env with any full tier template, e.g. CDMxxxxx
#2. Fill in the env description field with multiple lines of text with CR/LF,
#3. Fill in other info as need
#4. click done, it gave the reported error
