Symptoms
When a job application is saved as draft and then the employee tries to submit the same job application after sometime, the application is throwing an error and not allowing the employee to proceed further.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to internal careers site
2. Apply for a job, but don't finish the application. Instead save as draft
3. Go back into the application and try to finish the application and get the above error.
