HCM: After Adding a Request with a Note from the Remote Worker Tile, the User is unable to Access the Note

Symptoms
After an employee or Approver adds a request with a note from the Remote Worker tile, the user is only able to see the description, and cannot access the details of the note.
Steps to Replicate Issue:
1. Log in as an Employee
2. From Employee Self Service tile, click Remote Worker tile
3. {click} Add Request button, {enter} Date
4. {enter} Remote Worker Type and Reason
5. {add} an Attachment
6. {add} a Note, then click Next button
7. {click} Submit button
8. If user access Request, User not able to view Note.
Or
9. Log in as an Approver
10. Access the Approvals Tile, and notice that the document description is accessible, but not the Note to view the Details
