HCM: From Remote Worker Tile after Add a Request with a Note, User not able to Access the Note (Doc ID 2868579.1)

Symptoms

From Remote Worker tile, after Employee or Approver add a request with a note, User is not able to access the details of the note and only see the description.



Steps to Replicate Issue:

1. Log in as an Employee
2. From Employee Self Service tile, click Remote Worker tile
3. {click} Add Request button, {enter} Date
4. {enter} Remote Worker Type and Reason
5. {add} an Attachment
6. {add} a Note, click Next
7. {click} Submit, button
8. If access Request, User not able to view Note.

Or

9. Log in as an Approver
10. Access Approvals Tile, notice able to access document but not able to access Note to view Details.
