Symptoms
Encountering an error while searching for learners in the class roster using Employee ID.
Steps to Reproduce the issue:

1. Navigate to Enterprise Learning > Learner Tasks > Administer Class Rosters
2. Select the class
3. Select the filter/search
4. Search by Employee Id & the error messages pops up.
