Posted Applications Showing Blank External Education in Student Services Center, Admissions tab (Doc ID 2869578.1)

Symptoms

When application with Education History is submitted via Run Search/Match/Post and the application is posted ok, External Education section when navigated thru Campus Community > Student Services Center, Admissions tab shows blank.

Steps to reproduce the issue

  1. Load application with Education History (School Information) to Application Transactions
  2. Click Run Search/Match/Post to post the application if not automatically posted
  3. Login as student who submitted the application
  4. Navigate to Campus Community > Student Services Center, Admissions tab
  5. Check External Education section --> it is empty
