Goal

New functionality, as referenced in <Note 2859636.1>, was delivered to allow Population Update of the fields SFA_PAYPR_END_DT and PELL_PAYPR_END_DT. However, as no new functional documentation was included with the patch, it may not be immediately clear on which records need to be updated.

The description in the .readme file delivered with the patch says just "Updated the Population Update Set Up to include Payment Period End Date for DL and PELL Disbursement records"; but (for example), the SFA_PAYPR_END_DT is a field on both the LOAN_DISBMNT and LOAN_DISB_ACTN tables.
